Denim jhumkas

Hi friends am with another jhumkas. . As I love jhumkas and trying to make different jhumkas..yess today it's denim jhumkas..

 Used denim fabric ( old jeans )

I love the outcome.. they look lovely and am happy with that.. you can pair them with jeans or skirts or kurtis :)

DIY Ring holder

Hi am here with an DIY Ring holder so easy n simple you can make it under 30 mins .. you can organise all your finger rings in one place..
So here what you need an old wallet carton or any thin box ,glue , denim fabric (old denim jeans) , cotton , scissor ,flowers for decorating the lid ( made denim flowers to decorate) ..

Let's get started

 Take the old wallet carton and denim fabric  ...cut the fabric into pieces to fit the box

 Then take small amount of cotton on to the fabric and start rolling and secure with glue and place it in the box make few more denim rolls and place in the box ..

 Now the box is ready to place all your finger rings

 Now time to decorate the lid cut the desire length of fabric and glue to the top and sides of the lid..

 Then finally add denim flowers n leaves ...

 Your DIY ring holder is ready ..

Coconut shell box

Hi am with one more coconut shell box today decorated with M-seal (epoxy clay) you can see my previous  Coconut shell box here with a tutorial.. and show piece with coconut shell here ..

here what you need for the coconut shell box
First smooth the coconut shell with sand paper and then started working on it..

 first i have added a old jar lid at the bottom of the shell for the support with M-seal and glue
then decorated the design with M-seal for whole shell..

Now coloring time ..i have colored the total shell with black acrylic color and then colored the M-seal part with  pearl metallic acrylic colors..

Here is the completed box ..you can use it as a jewellery box or if you have any idea to store in it you can.. :)

Dress form (Upcycled Yakult bottles)

Upcycled Yakult bottles to Dress form here are the pics ..
For this i have glued a plastic cup at the bottom of the bottle then covered it with Blue Velvet Fabric ..

 glued Stone lace for the edges of fabric and a rolled fabric flower  n done :)

for this i just used White net fabric and glued making frills ..

 finally added a satin ribbon and stone lace..

Quilled flower pot in Coconut shell / Coconut shell showpiece

Hi Friends am with a quick post today am going to share a altered coconut shell ..made normal coconut shell to a showpiece created a simple scene.. i just arranged some quilled elements and decorated with pearls and punch craft and a little fairy .. :)

 

its the half coconut shell smoothed with the sand paper..

colored it with metallic acrylic colors

 and glued the punched leaves down and then glued the flower pot ..

 then decorated the edges by using pearls ,buttons and quilled butterfly..

 for the base i have used an empty tape roll and attached it with the help of M-seal(epoxy clay)
and also colored  it and added kundan stones for it..

 finally added the little fairy in it.. :)

 Here is the completed piece..

Coconut Shell Box

yes coconut shell box you heard right ..made this box out of coconut shells.. :)

Here is the tutorial of making the box..
supplies you need are one coconut shell (coconut shell i used is little big than normal one),m-seal,kundans,3d outliners,black color, 2 plastic lids one large and one small,sand paper ..
1st smooth the coconut shell with sand paper then attach the plastic lids to the shells large one for the bottom  stand and small one for the top as lid with M-seal..

 now time for coloring color it with metallic black

 Used 3d cone outliner ,kundans,rhinestones for decorating

now decorate the bottom part same as the lid..

 Here is the completed box ..if you want you can also color inside the box i left it as it is to look natural..

 you can use it for storing rings ,earrings,saftey pins,saree pins,brooches  or you can store change or any thing you want .. :D

Walnut shell brooch

Hi!! Today am going to share a brooch experimented with  walnut shell.. :)

 

 I have decoupaged a picture in center of walnut shell and glued the rhinestones around it ...

 

 

 used m-seal(epoxy clay)to fill the shell and inserted a safety pin and sealed it with some more m-seal ..

 Then colored the remaining edge of shell and back of shell with gold acrylic.. and the brooch is ready..
