6*8 Mixed media Canvas

Hi Friends am with my first  mixed media canvas today its a 6*8 canvas.. i just made it simple and used minimal colors black,white and yellow..

 firstly added some texture using texture paste and stencil and glued the MDF wood embellishments border and frame some kundan stones at the base and colored the whole canvas black..

 after that i have sponged the ends of the canvas and the MDF embellishments with white color

 i have place a black n white photo in frame to match the canvas and then added yellow solawood flower ,beads ..finally added black n white glitter butterflies.. My simple mixed media canvas is ready :)

Dress form (Upcycled Yakult bottles)

Upcycled Yakult bottles to Dress form here are the pics ..
For this i have glued a plastic cup at the bottom of the bottle then covered it with Blue Velvet Fabric ..

 glued Stone lace for the edges of fabric and a rolled fabric flower  n done :)

for this i just used White net fabric and glued making frills ..

 finally added a satin ribbon and stone lace..

Mirror earrings and one stroke paintings

Hi am sharing mirror earrings and a few paintings ..source of inspiration for my paintings are from Pintrest ..

 first glued 2 mirrors together an then glued a ball chain around the mirror.. then added a hook and my mirror earrings are ready..

 These are my one paintings..

cardboard door hanger

Hi am with a 6*6 cardboard  hobbycrafts  door hanger for  my room ..
here are the step by step pics how i made it..

firstly i made a rough sketch of design  on thick cardboard..

 using shilpkar m-seal for the design (made 2 peacocks)

 marking the feathers with craft knife

 one peacock is done and made the same with the 2nd peacock i missed a picture here after 2 peacocks are done then i glued the tissue paper on the complete left over cardboard for the texture..

 then colored it totally with black 

 then colored the peacocks with metallics blue and green colors and the rest of cardboard i just dabbed the gold color so that the tissue paper texture is seen..

 now added 2 icecream sticks and glued in the middle..then i wrote hobby crafts on them with black 3d outliner

 then made 2 holes on the top and inserted gold pipe cleaner and hooked it to the frame already hanging on my door..its a day light picture..in this pic you can see the bronze shade ..

 and the night light you can see the gold shade..

as i expected it has come out really good.. want to make this as a logo for my blog and facebook page :D

Makeover

Hi Friends am adding a makeover to my boring black drawer with decoupage tissues..

Up cycling Yalukt Bottles

Hi friends am with  a tutorial today up cycling yakult bottles to door lighting ..
 i like the shape of the bottles so i stored all the bottles ;)
made some thing simple

 colored all the bottles with 2 coats of metallic red and green colors

 

 then glued pearls and mirrors

 then added a silver lace..

 Then took the serial lighting and inserted some bulbs into the bottles and used a Washi tape to stay in position..

  when lighting is on

 

then hanged it on the door ..:D loved the lighting this picture doesn't do justice for lighting..

Two cards

Hi am with 2 cards today one for the challenge CASology and cue word this week for casology is HEART and here is my card for this cue word..
Stamped the birds and nest first and then stamped the heart frame then colored them with watercolor pencils..

This monkey had a dream of flying and made it happen this way .. :D

Everything is possible

       masked and sponged the clouds on white card stock and then stamped the monkey ,birds and balloons  colored and fuzzy cut them n glued on to card stock  and placed it on to the brown card base..and done.. :)
